American Legion Post 490, Inc. 
The South Houston American Legion Post 490 Hall is available for rental for parties, meetings, weddings, receptions and other activities. It houses a full kitchen, restrooms, and a seating capacity of over 200; the maximum capacity of the hall is 299. The rental fee for the hall is $600 that includes tables, chairs, free parking, bar and bartender, and cleanup. There is an additional charge of $75 to rent the kitchen. An security fee is required if alcholic is served. A $200 deposit is required.
